That team does bring up an interesting point. Thaiday's fractured eye socket might mean he isn't fit enough and has to start the season on the bench. If Glenn replaces him in the second row then obviously he can't play lock. It will have to be Arrow or Maguire with Ese'ese or Joe starting in the front row.

Hi all, only new to this forum thought I'd throw my two cents worth in.

Firstly I think most of us can agree we would love another big prop to throw into the pack this year but I think this close to kick off we will have to make do with what we've got.

I think josh McGuire will get first crack at the lock position with joe ofa getting a chance to start next to Blair in the front row. I think 2015 big joe showed he definitely has some real potential and unfortunately last year he just failed to get going for what ever reason (the whole second year syndrome). I'm hoping this year he can get back to his best and make the position his own as I've heard he has a massive motor and can be a real work horse!

I'd be happy to see Glenn come off the bench like he did towards the end of last year as he seemed to do quiet well in the role, maybe if he slotted into the lock position for the first change with McGuire moving into the front row to give joe a break?

As for the rest of our young guys (Herman, pangai and Arrow) again they all have potential but they're are going to need to step up and be able to put together some quality minutes for us or we will be in some serious trouble in the middle.

Since we signed Moga I have wanted him to get first shot at left center and keep Kahu on the wing. I watched a video of Kahu and he could make a great center just from his ball playing skills.

I'd say that team is likely except Niko will get picked over marshall i'm sure. Only other possibilities is Glenn and Thaiday swapping, and Joe and Ese'Ese swapping.
