“Tom Dearden confirmed to the club this morning that he has signed for the Cowboys from next season,” Broncos coach Kevin Walters said on Monday morning.

Firstly nobody ever said Tyson was shit. Secondly a bloke with 4 try involvements in 9 games is not good. As a matter of a fact that’s getting dropped worthy.

Thirdly he was released as a result of his request not cause kevvy didn’t want him. Honestly whilst I liked him the stunt he pulled on a podcast saying that virtually nobody respects Kev and he isn’t the true coach was enough for his ass to get kicked out but no it seemed Kev wanted to keep him until Tyson requested a release cause it doesn’t take Sherlock to realise he wasn’t getting back into the halves barring injury.

Now onto the utility part. My favourite part. You want to know why? Cause you just lied to absolutely everyone, EVERYONE, that he has played 4 games from the bench. Truth be told it was 2 games during the origin period when we were very short on numbers. As a matter of a fact the only position he played in was to accomodate for our shortness in the forward department with the only remaining forward available being Logan Bayliss-Brow and possibly Robati but I don’t know whether the broken hand time adds up. 2 games in a period where we are deprived of having any depth does not in fact make him a utility. Also I will pose you this question whilst Tyrone has been able to play fullback it would be assumed he can’t or at least anywhere near an NRL level (so only a half now) so does his 1 game of playing off the bench when he was desperately thrusted into hooker make him a utility? He holds far more utility value than Tyson does and I still do not think he could at all possibly in his current physical shape play anywhere other than in the halves. But that’s just me.
