If so, the board must hand in their notices, the club is utterly incompetent.
They'd probably hand in the wrong paperwork and all get a raise and a contract extension.

So the club as a whole want TPJ sacked, they issued him a notice, and he has been stood down for the season.
Yet we have D.Lockyer going in to bat for him to stay as a Bronco at the same time?
This is a board member, fighting his own club, to keep a dickhead on the books.
This club is imploding.
I guarantee you there is no board anywhere on the planet that has every member agree about everything every single time ... just doesn't happen.
just because Lockyer MAY disagree with them on this occasion doesn't mean the club is imploding.
Yes it does, when its a matter that could potentially shut down the season, from a repeat offender who openly admitted to being unable to follow the rules.I guarantee you there is no board anywhere on the planet that has every member agree about everything every single time ... just doesn't happen.

How many chances do you give a bloke.i personally think the board dont want to sack him at all. seems like they want a major attitude change from him and if he doesn't do it hes gone.
i think the notice they have issued to him tells me they want him to show he cares about the club, this is more then just the haircut issue its definitely also about the politis phone call. they want him to fight for his broncos career and what lockyer says just reaffirms that
i personally think the balls in tpj court if he truly wants to stay he will be here next year if not hes gone.
i actually think the broncos have handled this well. About time they get at least one thing right this year i guess
I don't know if saying you cannot guarantee a thing is the same as saying you cannot follow the rules. He may have said he'd try to follow the rules but couldn't guarantee he'd be able to. I do know of some people who were expected to spend 14 days in isolation but they felt so stressed by it, essentially being locked in a room that they simply HAD to get out. Their sanity was on the line, at least from their perspective.Yes it does, when its a matter that could potentially shut down the season, from a repeat offender who openly admitted to being unable to follow the rules.
This is something that should unanimously be supported by the board on all levels, especially when there is potential legal ramifications at stake.
I guarantee you there are many boards across the planet, that has every member agree wholeheartedly with the termination of a persons position if that person repeatedly breaks the rules, brings the company's name into disrepute and behaves in a manner that could bankrupt the organization, and every affiliated organization as well.
I would agree with you if it was not on the back of a person who willingly broke the rules, shopped himself to other clubs, hung out with bikies and told the integrity unit he couldn't make any promises to follow the rules, putting his club, and teammates in a worse position at a time when they need every capable person on board.
I drew the line with him shopping himself to other clubs in the middle of a 3 year contract with us.I don't know if saying you cannot guarantee a thing is the same as saying you cannot follow the rules. I agree though that TPJ has been an utter tool based on the reports I've read. I just wish I knew all the facts.
Don't give up hope! He might come to his senses yet. This might have been the scare he needed. We certainly could do with a committed TPJ next year.I drew the line with him shopping himself to other clubs in the middle of a 3 year contract with us.
Let alone all his other problems.
Love watching him play when he isn't suspended, but the guy is proving to be a massive liability both on and off the field.
No that is the last thing we want, if he gets committed on top of all of his suspensions we will never see him.Don't give up hope! He might come to his senses yet. This might have been the scare he needed. We certainly could do with a committed TPJ next year.
Toadying to talent and ignoring character flaws is not the recipe to fix this mess.. no siree!
Is Munster out there deliberately flaunting rules that could shutdown the season? How about hanging with bikies?Cameron Munster is a turdburger of a human yet Bellyache knows how to keep him on the straight and narrow. The problem is coaching.
Yeah he is. There was a photo of him and Smith out and about. Is Munster out there deliberately flaunting rules that could shutdown the season? How about hanging with bikies?
How often is Munster missing games through stupid suspensions?
You cant compare the two mate, its not even close.
Him and Smith were cleared of any wrong doing as the restrictions on the sunny coast had been lifted and they never breached their bubble. And i mean, if this is the worst Munster has done, it still pales in comparison to TPJ.Yeah he is. There was a photo of him and Smith out and about.
Yeah I was a massive fan but he's such a bloody moron.I'll be happy to see him gone. Was a fan, but the guy is a dickhead.
