Milford is injured. He is a massive talent being badly mismanaged. If it wasn't for his Scruge McDuck sized money pile i'd feel sorry for the fat little guy. Playing away from his strengths and letting him get clobbered in the front line.

Move him to fullback even more so if he is playing on one shoulder. Boyd can't catch a cold one on one against a quick stepper in last line anyway. We are trying to fit 4 weak 'halves' into 2 so why not make it 3 with Boyd playing a hodges style role leading from centre. Boyd can still do his out the back play as an inside centre by sweeping Roberts around to the other side of the field(yes Wayne the 1990s called and told me you can play 2 centres on same side of the field occasionally to great effect).

I feel like a "we need to talk about Darius Boyd" thread is gonna pop up soon.

My going out days are behind me but a few young fellas at my work like to inform me of they (including Milf) like to get up to.

That doesn't matter to some fans. They wouldn't go to work if they had his injury but Milf plays a high contact sport with his. Monday morning quarterbacks always amuse me.

I would have to go to work just to survive with it . It's what professional sportsman do , they get paid to do it.

Yeah, I heard they (certain members of the Broncos, not necessarily Milf) partied super hard last weekend. This Friday night rolls around and they dish that up, so now I'm believing the story was not exaggerated. ffs.

He is a young bloke doing what young blokes do. It's not ideal obviously but it's not to the point of disrepair. He has some growing up to do off the field, put it that way.

Understandable. I just hope that he can grow up sooner rather than later, as he is getting paid a large chunk of our salary cap next year.

Been saying forever that it's clearly off-field issues that have lead to this version of Milford, whether it's grog or poor dietary choices. There's nothing the club can really do about it, they can't really issue him an alcohol ban as he hasn't had any (public) alcohol related incidents, apart from maybe the curfew issue at Emerging Origin camp.

The onus is on him, I really hope he grows up a lot over the off-season and comes back in top shape for 2018 ready to get to fucking work, sick of watching him waste his talent.

I know. But that sort of injury is still going to effect his play heavily.

You could understand if he's a little more hesitant to take the line on with a fucked shoulder that needs to be repaired in the off-season, but let's be real, he was equally as shit before the injury, so that excuse is pretty much null and void.
