Being cyber bullied reminds me of the parable of Jonah who gets swallowed by the whale. When you’re all consumed by darkness things can seem hopeless but you have to grab the bull by the horns and even if you don’t hold on for the full 8 seconds, you just have to dust yourself off and get back on the horse.That’s why I changed my Facebook cover photo to the phrase “escape the whale”. That’s what you have to remember when you feel the pressure of cyber bullies.

It's one of the most toxic shows on TV. If you wanted to be part of a tasteful interview you'd go to the ABC. Even A Current Affair is better because at least they don't take themselves so seriously.
