Poor McSweeney. 2nd test match opening coming off a 10 and duck under lights against bumrah with a pink ball. I think he should have been introduced down the order and that was my biggest issue with his inclusion. It’s a very tough ask to expect or hope for a bloke to perform in this situation. He’ll back himself but this is a very tough ask.

Especially when he's a number 3/4 in shield... even though Marnus is in garbage form they may as well have moved him up to open.

Bumrah is looking unplayable. It will be a miracle if we make to to stumps without losing a wicket.
