Australia vs India - Test Series

Embarassing scores for an Aus captain. Plus he keeps exposing the tail at crucial times. I'm not seeing enough from him to continue giving him a pass.

He has nine 50's in his 34 Tests, the average score when he has gone in and got those 50's is 5/203. So he makes tough runs when we are in a delicate positions.

This is all my fault! I started watching 3 overs ago😅
I walked away from the TV and heard things happening but was occupied. Thought they may have taken a wicket but by the time I got back a few mins later we had lost 3!

Yes, but he also does exactly what I said, gets out at inopportune times and shifts the momentum against Australia. He did well yesterday arvo and this morning, just not well enough.

Where on earth do you get a stat like that 2nd one from? 😂

The only thing de Kock and Paine have in common is keeping wicket to phenomenal pace attacks.

Brad Haddin? Pretty sure I remember him scoring a couple test tons and quite a few 50s. I'd be surprised if Paine averages more with the bat, he definitely wouldn't have the same number of 100s and 50s.

Why don't we talk about his field settings at Headingly? Or how about his use of the DRS? Or his keeping at the SCG? Instead we gloss over the critical moments in which his leadership has actually been exposed.

There's a reason this team has a habit of losing games they shouldn't. They consistently fall apart under pressure and he loses his head.

A fifty against a FC bowling attack like the one he's currently facing should not paper over those cracks.

He had bad days, no one is denying that show me a captain that doesn't- Waugh and Kolkata- How'd that go?

Waugh scored a first innings ton in that test.

He might have had a bad day as a captain but he gets a free pass because he actually put us in a position to win that match. Basically everyone else was scoring ducks and he stood up.

Last time I checked, Laxman and Dravid were slightly better batsmen then Stokes, Pant and Ashwin.
