I was impressed with what Ikin said on 360 last night. I do have my concerns about experience etc and I have voiced those earlier, but he won me over last night.
I don't know who else might be out there, and if they would be better, but I am all in on Ikin as CEO and Kevvie as head coach.
I have no doubt they will make us a much better performing team.

I had my doubts about Ikin after listening the dribble on 360 for the last few years, but when it comes to what he would actually do, he actually looks like someone with a plan.

My biggest gripe though is his media connections which makes me feel he will be taking alot of advice from idiots who want a story rather then broncos success, if he can isolate that crap and be his own man on this he will work.

The fact he actually Played the game means he will be much more focused on the issues this club has, as the commercial success this club has is built on the football performance.

he is also one of the old boys who played for us back in the day and should be good for our culture as well.

Makes some sense, ton of experience in previous role with the Bunnies and also had high-level role with the NRL. He certainly has it all over Ikin in terms of previous executive management experience, whilst also still holding a lot of on-the-ground footy knowledge.
