So I got a wrist guard today. Now nothing hurts. Hoorah.

Yeah. It's awesome. It's a positioner, so it puts my wrist in the right spot to release the ball. As if I'm shaking hands. All the pros do it ya know.

I haven't worked out the best way to spin with it yet, I'll need to practice. It's just to stop the pain in my arm really.

Peters team is 3rd last but the 2 teams below them haven't shown up either of the first 2 weeks - so technically his team is last HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Pete works at the bowling centre as well and bowls in some other actual competition leagues (ours is mostly a social league) and he basically stacked his team with other staff - most of whom also bowl in another league. And for the weeks leading up to the start of the league he was just crapping on and on and on all the time about how good his team is going to be blah blah blah blah so them doing so badly when most of the other teams have never really bowled at all is piss-funny.

Oh yeah, and as Fozz said he's a Titans fan - enough said really.
