Ahead of Brooks or Langi?

I don't see much of the NYC but I like Bhana being named in the team. if I'm remembering the right guy he is a tackling machine for the Warriors. It is good to see a defensive player recognised in a comp that is 90% about attack

Yep, Cornish would of made his debut last week if the Raiders didn't have cap problems. Dunemann wanted to. The guy is ahead of both of those guys.

Broncos made an offer to Brooks about two months ago.

Is Nikorima any good, I haven't watched him play?

The shining light of the night. We smashed the knights in this one. Players really catching the eye over the last few games are Arjuma Adams, Paul Byrnes, Elijah Alick, Jordan Drew, and Duncan ?????, I will get his name one day soon

If the Cowboys lose today's NYC game, the Broncos will be guaranteed a place in the finals.

Cowboys missing two key players in Javid Bowen (injured) and Jayden Hodges (promoted).

Sharks won 36-20 meaning...

Brisbane have officially qualified for the 2013 NYC finals series, their first since 2009.

Boys may qualify 7th depending on results next week but will likely face off against the Raiders in the first week of the finals. Match will be televised although I doubt it will be pretty viewing.

Sweet. It'd be nice to see a game of theirs on the telly. we always play for Ch9 so they never get shown and by the time I get to the games I see maybe 20 mins max

Is their finals system different to the NRL?
i thought it was 5v8, not 1v8!

Gah! You're 100% correct.

Guess it shows how long I've thought about the NYC finals.

This young man is the “real deal” and was chased by a number of NRL clubs before he decided to sign with the Broncos. He was selected for the NZRL U16 Residents team that toured Australia at the end of 2012 and he has been a member of the Auckland Vulcan’s Junior team for the last three years and has been selected again for the 2013 Australian tour. He is the outstanding hooker in his age group in Auckland and New Zealand but can also play lock. He is very skillful player who is also deceptively strong. He has now signed with the Brisbane Broncos until the 2016 season and will be playing Mal Meninga Cup for Norths Devils again in 2014.

Plays for Norths, big unit.

Sorry didn't see bio above.

What are we going to do with him? I would probably say he will be playing in the halves pushing Hunt back to the bench hooker role next year.... I kid I kid. But seriously where will we look like playing him? Replacement for Parker in the future or a backup in case Macca and Granville don't work out? I think McGuire would be a great Lock and we could then get a bigger forward when Parker retires.

He would still have 3 years in U20s left

Why develop him in the U20's, he's 18 next year yeah? Let put him straight into QLD cup and break his young body!

Brisbane will play the 5th placed Tigers at 11:15am Sunday Morning in the second Elimination Final.

Tough one first up.
Our attack is fine but we have a woeful defensive record

Elijah Alick was called into the Australian Schoolboys squad to replace Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.

That extends the Broncos reps up to three with Jayden Nikorima and George Fai apart of the squad.
