Isn't the interchange meant to be dropping down to 6 in the near future?

Perhaps that is what Wayne is actually planning for.

So what if he's 104kg? Matt Scott, James Graham, Aiden Toman, Aaron Woods, Dylan Napa, and a few others, are all under 110kg. Weight isn't that important to be a good prop.
