Truthfully, after his terrible attempt to stop Inglis I would have dumped him until he learned to tackle. He could have stopped Inglis by simply laying down in front like a speed bump instead he went high and Inglis trampled him. Only had to hit him with his shoulder in the thigh or midsection and I mean a legal shoulder drive.
7 Wrongs don't make up a right ! Ffs, he could have lay on the ground and been more effective ! That's the difference between a fair and a good fullback, a good fullback will bend at the waist and drive with his shoulder having learned from the previous 7 or so bad misses on Inglis. Inglis had no where to go other than straight at Hoffman, he was covered left and right, Hoffman only had to put his body in the way really. It was not a first grade standard attempt at a tackle. If you wish to excuse Hoffman based on the fact that others have missed Inglis then, that is your prerogative.Right, because Hoffman is the only player who Inglis has ever run over.
Would you have dumped the 7 or so players who couldn't stop inglis the first time round this year as well ?

That's exactly what he did though, and it didn't work. Andddd I don't think anyone thinks he is that great of a fullback. He shouldn't cop the whole blame though because a lot of players messed up during that play.
@StevoRidge1 Joseph Paulo, staying or going ? Raiders a chance ? #asklurk
The Lurker: Between the Broncos and Eels - I think he will stay.
Ikin tipping Hoffman to leave next year with the Raiders a possibility.
Josh Hoffman won?t be at Brisbane Broncos next season, says Ben Ikin
He would not solve their problems. The other noted option was St. George. Hmmm, didn't we already lose a player to them who wanted to play fullback...
I would offload Glenn for Paulo.
