Broncos player retention

Well maybe with the cap space freed up by Perry, the Broncos could make a move to sign Steve Price eusa_think

We could just pay him with the tears of children, that is his beverage of choice after all.

We should try to keep the Perry money stashed away somewhere, so we can sign Smith and Inglis....and SBW later.

I hear some of it is going to help fund the next NASA mission? eusa_think

Kevvie signs Perry?? [icon_lol1. [icon_lol1. _woohoo_ _woohoo_

If Wallace doesn't finish up playing this week then hopefully it's his Broncos swansong this Friday! [icon_pray.

Sorry if this has been mentioned earlier ... but has Darius Boyd signed with St.George for next year ?

I hope we keep him :(

wont his money be going to WB counselling sessions? he must be so sad that he couldnt sign his gun player for the Dragons

It wouldn't have suprised me if Bruno had Perry running around on 120k, premiership winning halfback and all....

Le Catalans have recruited extremely well over the last few years, i guess they are allowed a stuff up... Thank god he's off our hands now but.

In all honesty, Shane is a great bloke, takes everything in his stride. just wish he could play at his best week in week out.

good luck to Shane, but gee he cops a lot of undeserving crap here.

Exactly, he helped out Lockyer a heck of alot in '06 with his organising and kicking game, which took alot of pressure off Lockyer. do people really think Lockyer could've played like how he did in 06 if he had to do all the organising, directing, playmaking and kicking, I sure as hell don't think so.

Webcke stated one time, that Perry is one of the better forward organisers he had ever played with.

Good luck to you Shane, thanks for helping us out with a premiership.

I think Perry did really well for us in 2006 but since i haven't been impressed with him at all.

Nah. He is a huge underachiever in first grade for some reason. He was so much better playing for the Dolphins in Q cup. Back in 05/06 or so, he was the Andrew Johns of QLD cup. :D
