While it doesnt look like there will be too much more mov't for our fulback options for 2021 season, we can now be looking at/offering options for 2022 if we are not commited/confident with our current options.

Zerotackle indicates that allan, drinkwater and hynes are off contract for 2022 and could be handy pick ups.

Fox Sports article saying Karmichael Hunt wants to come back to the NRL for one last crack next year. I would be happy to have him in the side if it didn't cost much, minimum wage for example. Put him at fullback.

Would be great to see him back to see if he still has it. I still remember being at his first game for us, you just knew he was something special.

Yep. Bring him back.

He'd be a great option at fullback.

who is advising this kid..?

What if he suffers a setback in rehab...what if its a bad setback...?

Now he has ZERO leverage when negotiating a contract.....thats a large and seemingly unnecessary risk to be taking in my eyes...
Exactly but he is better off taking the risk and driving his value up and then if he doesn’t perform maintain the same value through his potential because the broncos are stupid

Not to mention that he has a PO for 2022 that he can activate as a safety net... although in this case the PO would be dramatically lower than his anticipated salary on a new deal

Talent wise, would love to take the punt. Culture wise, no way! These idiots that play for the Broncos don’t need another bad influence around them.
Never forget this is the fuckhead who started our downfall when he strung the club along saying he'll sign, then switched and signed with AFL after the season was almost over and fucked our roster.

**** Khunt.

It’s amazing how much he wasted his sporting career window. I mean it’s his life, he can (and did) want he wanted, but he could’ve been a great of the game and earned an absolute shit ton of money still.

Just so dumb. And now he wants be a coach? Good luck mate
As long as he doesn't come within a mile of our club, good luck to the ****.

Yep, one and done. As much as a good idea as this might seem, sometimes you should be careful what you wish for. Of course if he signs with the Tigers and tears it up, we will be pissed about it, but that is the most logical risk to take. He has already screwed us once, in a time when the club is especially weak and vulnerable, I would rather we not give him the chance to do it again.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, this club has resembled a retirement home for washed up players beyond their prime for far too long.

It's pretty funny how petty and bitter some people are on here.

KHunt would be a good squad addition in the same vein as Teo. See how he goes in the centres in pre-season.

Same as Te'o, so absolutely useless?
