Personally I think walters is coming to play 14 and Turpin 9 . Not sure if it's the better option but adds experience and saves $$

Adds more experience than Macca? Until we know the terms of the release, it will be hard to know if it does in fact save dollars either.

According to NRL physio he could be fit anytime from the trial games to round 8ish this year depending on how he heals.

How does that make it sound like we blinked first in relation to if we are paying anything? If we ‘relented’ it would imply that the onus is on them to cover everything and we basically said “alright stop fucking whinging and **** off”

I've also seen @Sproj mention his name many times as someone we should get for 2021 (i've seen him in teamslists!) but i must have missed that he is even a possibility? I know you could argue that every player is available if the situation is right and contracts don't mean anything etc but has there been any hint that Capewell even wants out of the Panthers with a desire to join the Broncos or is it a bit of wishful thinking of a player that would be a good fit?

Combination of wishful thinking and potential opportunity. He’s a broncos junior, he’s played origin this year so would be looking for an upgrade and Penrith were under some cap pressure and he isn’t in their starting side so seemed possible. recently though they’ve released everyone but capewell so unlikely now
