Maybe we can get him and a game managing half ... if the Sharks have offered him only 400k, he wouldn't break the bank, but nor should he be a top priority

Honestly, that post gives me a glimmer of hope Foordy.
Cant wait for the heads to roll.

The Broncos need to be gutted and cleaned out before a proper rebuild can begin and it seems like next year will be where that all kicks off.

I actually think SJ and Walters would be a decent combo. I think both are pretty gettable as cut-price options.

SJ’s game management has improved and I think Walters is the type of player that would combine well with him.

Yeah 100% agree. I have been flying the flag for Dearden I really have but last night I came to the realisation I think we need to sign two experienced halves. Whether that combination involve Moses/Johnson or Reynolds/Moses or Reynolds/Johnson I would take anything at this stage. Happy for Dearden to stay but learn in Q Cup for the next two years.

From the point of attitude and experience, SJ is a massive upgrade from Milf. For $500-$600k it’s a no brainer. From his podcast this year with Kemp, he fully understands the need for continual growth and commitment to the craft. And I for one will enjoy watching him play.
