I hope we don't sign Nicho Hynes like some are suggesting...I just don't see how his current talent level (far from elite) would elevate this squad. Put him in a struggling team, and he turns into a plodder like O'Neil and Dane Nielsen.
On another note, would rather have a robust player barrelling back on kick returns than a surfer dude casually waltzing into the arms of the defence.

Fucking legend. I'm still pissed that Gene Miles and his offsiders picked Dane Carlaw and Brad Thorne as frontrowers instead of a specialist starting frontrower who just happened to be half a percentage point behind the worlds best frontrower at the time, Steve Price. I think Price was out injured. On top of that fucking Carlaw was carrying a sternum injury and those fucktards still didn't pick Nuts. Best thing is Miles knew I was livid as I pulled up next to him in my City Council Bus, opened the doors and fucking yelled ' what the **** are you ***** doing? Pick Nutley' before zooming off towards Paddington.

We have cap space, they seem to forget bird was on 950k this year, next year he’s off our books, along with Milford, and McCullough, and another dozen players off contract. We were apparently 600k under this years cap after releasing Macca, even accounting for upgrades and re-signings we should have something close to $2m to spend for next year.

As shit as it is been a bronco's fan at the moment I'm actually loving that we for once are giving literally nothing to the media.
