Would have great about 8 years ago. From what I saw of him last year, he looked totally off the pace. But he'll fit that Ryan James/Sam Tagatese/Cliff Manua type role. I wouldn't think he'll feature on a regular basis.

We must of offered something decent, like he has clearly faded but he isn't anywhere near a min wage contract type of player.

I find it an odd signing, because though we lost Kennedy he wasn't in a situation we needed to replace with anything other then in house, I think Jenson and flegs are perfectly fine for the first choice starter options alongside Haas.

He would add alot of experience though.

Yeah, since losing Lodge and TPJ no one other than kinda Gamble has been willing to fire up. Our squad have just laid down and accepted all kinds of grubbiness. He may bring out the side of Haas that is usually reserved for semi-professional halfback team mates and female police officers

He's given up on coaching fulltime.

He's likely going to be just depth and won't cost much.

I don't see much issue with getting him.

I think he could claim a bench spot with Kobe injured and TC suspended.

Next inline is basically Palasia and Piakura... so there's not all that much to beat in order to claim a spot in the team

When Hetherington returns it’ll be hard to pick the bench unless you go 3 middles and a utility. I guess Hetherington could do a Brendon Smith and spend some time at hooker.

they're freshening things up a bit by switching targets and are now talking about how we'll struggle to keep Flegs because of Haas and Carrigan. (salary cap squeeze)
