I reckon Staggs may make a really good coach. Not the most talented but still played to a really high level consistently. Had to work hard to achieve everything. The makings of a good coach if he can pass this on to the young players.

At the end of the day they will all know what it takes to be a good coach, it will come down to their ability to manage men.

You can have all the stats in the world, know what good shapes look like, know what the team needs to do to get the right results etc.. but if you can't motivate them to do it, you won't cut it. Kevvie for example, he strikes me as the kind of bloke who hasn't got the coaching aspect of it down pat but I reckon 90% of the group would be prepared to run into a brick wall for him. You compare that to someone like a Neil Henry.

See here's the thing, Vlandys and his cronies have proven themselves to be absolutely useless at their jobs, so the smart clubs are taking advantage of it. You are not going to get caught by this regime if you are cheating and if you do get caught, I bet they would just sweep it under the rug anyway because you know what, there would be a lot of dirt out there on the greaseball running the show, it wouldn't take much to get a couple of photos or something and hold him to ransom.

Factually inaccurate though, I don't think V'landys is a good bloke.
