Some clubs salary caps aren't the same as other clubs..
To be fair, the dogs are trying to compete with no middle forwards. They wouldn’t have made the 8 last year if Curran copped an injury. Very interesting strategy. Some clubs salary caps aren't the same as other clubs..
Its the Roosters he is going toRumours around Sydney this morning saying Hunt is certain to turn down Broncos/Dolphins. Will sign instead with an as yet unnamed Sydney club. Seems to only be interested in the most money he can get after already making millions from the Dragons.
My money is on the Bulldogs after he toured there yesterday. Maybe you can grab Sexton now in the fallout.
Just don’t understand why the dogs would pay him insane overs (what it would require to get him there over the broncos imo) when they have a very good, young game manager which is beyond rare in the game atm (probably Cleary, Sexton, and ikat are the only halves under 30 that fit the bill). I appreciate that halves like Hunt are rare, but Sexton is arguably a more important commodity given his age.
DD needs to be on the phone with Sexton’s management the second Hunt signs - get him in for a year or two at 6 before he or Black takes over at 7.
Yep sudden about face to stay in Sydney - only one team gets this to happen.
You might be better off without the fickle prick. Bit like taking your ex back anyway. Only seems to care about the $$$ and using Brisbane/Dolphins to drive his price up.

I hope it’s the Dogs even though that’s not who I think it is because given respective ages, I’d prefer to get Sexton

If he cared about money, he'd be at the Dragons on 900k and laughing until October 31, 2025.
Not when he knows he will probably get roughly the same amount (maybe a bit less) and a real shot at a premiership with the Dogs or Chooks. He wasn't winning a GF at the Dragons any time soon thats for sure.
He weaseled his way out of the St George contract as he knows time is fast running out for him to make up for his brain fade in 2015.
Rogers , Madden and the as yet decided fate for Ezra + Sexton ?Just don’t understand why the dogs would pay him insane overs (what it would require to get him there over the broncos imo) when they have a very good, young game manager which is beyond rare in the game atm (probably Cleary, Sexton, and ikat are the only halves under 30 that fit the bill).
