He was injured early in the game, was on the other side to where I was sitting so I didn't really see it. Walked off assisted. Tough break for him.

1 Dane Gagai - Very good at the back. Made a couple of try savers & had some nice touches when he chimed into the backline. Spent a a fair bit of the 2nd half on the bench
2 Aaron Whitchurch - Had a shaky start on the wing with a couple of errors. Moved to the centres with Kahu's injury & went super. One run in particular he knocked down Cowboy defenders like they were 10 pins
3 Dale Copley - Played with a confidence we haven't seen in his NRL career to date. Caused headaches for his defender all night
4 Jordan Kahu - Cruel injury, looked harmless but the reports don't sound good
5 Lachlan Maranta - Looked good, played full back in the 2nd half,
6 Ben Hunt - Played on the right in attack. Started well, long kicking game was solid. Had a few wayward passes in the 2nd half
7 Corey Norman - Played on the left. Very impressive. Always looked to have so much time. Made some great decisions in attack. Knew when to run, knew when to pass. Passing was very crisp and constantly put his outside men into space
8 Scott Anderson - Solid but didnt stand out
9 Andrew McCullough - Only played the first half and was very good. Kicking game out of dummy half was good too. Broncos didnt look as fluent in the 2nd half and IMO that was becuase McCullough was on the bench
10 Dunamis Lui - Looked good, had some strong hit ups
11 Nick Slyney - Got through a stack of work if defence but quiet in attack
12 Mitchell Frei - Made a few errors but was OK
13 Brendon Gibb - Very impressive. Played with a stack of energy in both attack of defence. Made some bone crunching tackles and showed great footwork at the line in attack.
Interchange
14 Nathanael Barnes - Replaced Kahu, (He went to the wing & Whitchurch to centre) Had a very good wingers game. Involvement was high and looked dangerous. Was rewarded with a try
15 Jarrod Wallace - Some good touches
16 Chris Binge - Played a bit of dummy half, was solid
17 Paul Ivan - Played the last qtr but Didnt see a lot of ball. Was put in space at one stage but Couldn't capitalize
18 Sam Martin- Ok with limited time
19 Matt Smith Ok with limited time
20 Dan Wallace - Ok with limited time
21 Stephen Coombe - Scored a try and was busy in defenc
22 - Cam Cullen - Play some dummy half, looked sharp, threw a nice pass to set up the Coombe try

Anyone know if there are any highlights on the net?
For God's sake people cut out the Corey Norman comparisons to Darren Lockyer. That was yesterday, and yesterday's gone.
Norman is nothing like Lockyer. He has put a bit of size on in the off-season and reminds me more of a Trent Barrett or Brad Fittler in his body shape and hopefully in time that reflects in his running game.
You can't expect Norman to slot in at 6 as a straight sub for Lockyer.
Just like the Broncos tried vehemently for 2 seasons to use Norman and then Hoffman as Hunt's replacement, then ditched the idea altogether and went for a new focus in attack based on the roster and its player's skills rather than trying to replicate the past.
Corey Norman will need 10 seasons of NRL (if he gets the change) before he is anywhere near as composed or experienced as Lockyer. If you don't believe me go back, right now, and watch the Raiders game from June last year and the ridiculous options Corey took in the clutch.
The next 5-10 seasons are going to be made on a wave of confidence for whatever our young halves combination might be. If we don't string good games together it will be tough for an inexperienced set of halves to take the reigns and drag the team out of the mire.
