we lost this game at the judicary 2 weeks ago.... can someone tell me the point of a winger who cant run? and one that cant jump? any play that goes to manihera dies because he is too damn slow and robinson's feet are made out of lead..... worest ref performance of the season, shading chickens effort last week.... i was embarrassed for the players on both sides, who by the end were laughing amongst themselves at maxwell and some of the calls.... i wonder how many weeks annsley is going to rub ennis out for?

Robinson, FMD, has no clue how to defend a kick. I thought he may have been working on it for the last 6 weeks but obviously not. Disappointed in Boyd for just watching Robinson trying to hold Dell.
Kemp can run but he is no fullback.

Wallace needs to do more than just pass, Locky is on 1 leg and anyone who thinks he is working his way back to form is on crack. Still far and away the best reader of the game but the pace he has lost is unbelievable. Don't be surprised if he retires after this year. I hope he declines selection in the World Cup squad and gives himself every chance at a good season in 09.

Dave Taylor, Arrrgh, potential with the ball in hand means nothing if you don't do your defensive work and maintain your positon in the line. He consistantly clocks off after a the ball is past him.

My take on that was once it hits the ground they can check it for a knock on. It gave us every chance to have the try awarded in any case.
Kemp butchered the try in any case, yet another player in tne NRL who can't draw and pass FFS.

he didnt have faith in manihera to make it to the line thats why he didnt pass, he would have passed to boyd.... by the time manihera gets to the line he would run into dan carter taking a penalty shot.....

ill have to disagree, the camera angle that was played, after the decision was made mind you, that was from diagonally behind kemp showed the ball was thrown backwards and then drifted forward from the way it was thrown and then dribbled along the ground.

the crap gould went on about the touchjudge stopping was BS as he kept going and only slowed down so he could watch the put down. my opinion it should have been a try.

additionally has anyone else noticed on the odd occasion that after some video ref decisions are made and the coverage shows a replay using an angle not used in the decision making process that was the perfect one to use?

Agree 100%. Under the circumstances, it is definitely our defense that needs to improve.

We need to hang onto the ball and steady up on the penalties. That would help.

we hardly got a shot at their line in the 2nd half, not until the last 10 and i gotta say our attack was pretty bad, wallace has become very predicatable imo and doesnt do enough to create, he needs to take charge of the side and quick....
