I've only seen about half the games this year but Hoffman hasn't really impressed me. Am I missing something? The last 2 weeks I felt he just ran the ball back from fullback... and that's pretty much his entire involvement in the game..

That plus no less than 2 trysaving tackles against the Knights.

That wasn't enough to save Corey Norman, Josh Hoffman he is no Denan Kemp.

As in Kemp is just awesome, I can't say the same about Hoffman.

Anyone who thinks we can win this game this weekend is blinded by their love of the Broncos. It's just not possible.

Nashy, nothing is impossible, I agree that the way the two sides have been playing it is highly unlikely, but you never know, Storm could have 3 to 5 players not back up, have three sent off during the game etc, we might be a chance then icon_thumbs_u

Also why the hell can't Ben Hunt catch kick offs? He did it twice in his debut as well!

Hoffman has been going ok.
At least he is willing put his body on the line, with defense and attack.
He made some good runs from dummyhalf against the Knights and made try saving tackles.
He shows urgency something Norman was lacking

Lockyer definetly should be rested... the last thing we need is him injured for the next 6 months, if thaiday or glenn want to make "apearances" off our bench or something then maybe they could play 30 minutes or so each.

Our halves combination for the game will be scarey... ben hunt 7, norman 6, god knows who at 9? Glenn will be hard pressed to pull 80 minutes at 9 after playing for NZ.
