I don't think the side will be too far off this one.Anderson and Kenny would be the most likely to miss out, if they haven't fully recovered from their injuries.

Isaac Luke has been hit with a grade 1 dangerous contact charge

if he gets suspended our chance will get a huge boost

Really?? Shit that's outstanding news for us.

There is absolutely no way he can fight the charge and win. It's a pretty straight forward charge, if anyone saw it you'll know what I mean - Would need a miracle to beat that charge.\
I don't think they will anyway, if ever there's a good time to be suspended it's against an origin depleted team + with 105 points it will pretty much put him back to a clean slate so less chance of being suspended in the finals series.

Awesome news for us.

Brisbane Broncos Website is saying Yow Yeh is going to be 18th man for Origin. I wonder why Teo isnt 18th man? Unless one of the backs is carrying an injury.......

*facepalm*

Being discussed in the Origin forum mate. Quite a debate about it.

I really hope the Broncos can bury the rabbits... A win on Sunday could really do wonders for the club IMO.

Whether it's Gillet, Te'o or Glenn marking Beau Champion, I really hope we belt the piss out of him. Hate that prick.

A win for us against the rabbits would be a sensational result, and really set up our season for a full-on tilt into the finals.

With Luke out I think there'll be more opportunity to. Luke is the one primarily responsible for putting him into space. I don't rate Sutton or Sandow (not for consistency anyway).

My only concern is our halves. Wallace has been thoroughly underwhelming this year and whether he's partnering Hunt or Norman, he needs to step up.

While Luke is a huge blow to their attack, their defence was outstanding last night so the Broncos will need to play smart to score points.

Tonie Carroll out of retirement playing 5/8th > Chris Sandow.

Any half back bar Thruston would be underwhelming playing alonside Locky in the current form IMO. I'm sure he will step up and hopefully so will Norman (who I think will be named in Locky's place).

Luke is the best player at the rabbits IMO, so he will be sorely missed by them and my SC team  [icon_shru

The only worry I have is complacency from our young squad, who will be missing our 2 best players in Locky and Thaiday to kick their butts into gear where needed, or Sutton having one of his rare freakish games...

anyone know what time the team is getting named today?

BTW if we beat the Bunnies by more then 48 points we could be 4th on the ladder [icon_wink

best we can get is 5th.

Titans play Eagles winner is in the 4.
Rabbits are 1 win ahead and 94 P/D ahead so even a win against them will leave them above us.
Tigers have the Bye as do the Dragons and Panthers.

A win WILL give us 5th.

I imagine it'll be named any minute now Foordy.

I don't understand why people care about this so much.

I'll worry about it two or three weeks out of the finals, who cares for the moment.
