Still no Kenny??? Have they amputated his leg and not told us?

I'm happy with that team, i think it is a reasonably strong team ... in fact i think it is the strongest team that we have ever fielded when our origin players have been away

Kenny is expected back in Round 15.

I'd imagine with Sims in the starting side, ideally he'd be playing in the prop forward position which would relieve Setu somewhat.

i'll beleive that when it happens

Ha! It's becoming like that isn't it.

Still, he isn't as bad as Penrith's junior Greg Waddell. Dude was supposed to be the next Inglis in 2007 and as of yet has barely been able to make it out onto the paddock.

that was the same with that Sharks player Karl Filiga (???) he was supposed to be the next SBW and they were reportedly paying him something like 200k a year to play the majority of his time in the NSW Cup and u20's. i don't even know what happened to him.

Good side that one.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Norman goes in the #6 jumper.

Assuming everyone keeps up good form, I think that side can get the job done.

If things don't go well early, we might miss Lockyer's experience.

12 out of the 17 players are 21 y/o or less. What a future we have! [icon_ee [icon_pray.

Really happy with the team. Gillett in the centres is a good move, Norman played great in the halves against Melbourne so I'm glad they didn't put Hunt in there, he is doing well enough at hooker. And a premiership winning forward and the Big Show back in the 17 makes us look pretty solid! Does anyone know if Luke will be fighting the charge or if he has a decent chance of getting off?

I'd be reluctant to make too many changes to the team.

I would suggest either Gillett or Te'o play in the centres. I'd probably prefer Gillett, only because Te'o is doing a good job where is in the back row out there anyway.

I'd probably go:

Hoffman
Winterstein
Glenn
Gillett
Yow Yeh
Norman
Wallace
Tronc
McCullough
Setu
Te'o
Sims
Parker

Hunt
Kenny/Anderson
Lui
Dodds

How good am I? Got all but McGuire (I had Lui instead).

You also have Glenn and Gillett mixed up. :P

I wont be suprised if Norman drops off to the bench and Hunt plays 6.

I saw it last night, he definitely raised the elbow and it was a late challenge on Thurston. There wasn't much to it, but I think he might struggle to get off.

Yes, but since Hodges isn't selected, you may get away with it. 8-)
