Last double header, plenty of people went home after the Broncos game.

Yes, not normally an issue - but if we are being "entertained" by clients of Steves, it's probably not the most polite thing to do. And besides, this guy is responsible for giving us and the kids his awesome tickets when he can't make it. Don't want to abuse his generosity.

I'm hoping they find room for Sims on the bench, he was awesome yesterday. His runs were damaging and his hits were very impressive. He's one of our best forwards when he's on-song.

Channel 9 seem to be doing there best to destroy Rugby League, absolute joke IMO. I don't get any league down here in Melbourne it is farked.... I can't see how a one of week of starting at 6.30pm is such a problem.

Pretty hard to pick a team as they were all so good last night. I'd like to see McGuire retain his spot, in such a short time he made plenty of metres and tackles. Dodds needs to hit it up more still, his defence is amazing though.

Yeah I'd have Mcguire over Dodds if the origin players back up. He was really good when he came on yesterday.

Oh god that last double header.

That was a terrible week if you were a Queensland Broncos supporter and had gone to all three games.

Coming off that frustrating Origin game, all I wanted to see was an entertaining game of footy. What I got was one of the dumbest performances I've seen, period.

South Sydney had one play...and it worked time and time again.

Ball goes right, Sutton holds it for an eternity, outside man sprints onto the ball, scores. And it happened time and time and time and time and time (and time) again!

It really s**t a lot of people off. Seriously the only aspect of that game that lightened anybody's mood was the ref being knocked out...and even then some people were critical of that (it was fairly nasty).

Then the Dogs game happened.

Their pre-match entertainment was shocking.

When they did the team announcement, every player and their sponser got a wrap...it went for much longer than it should.

Then the stupid 'barking dogs' for the away side. The thing is, I can understand what they were going for...but they did an absolutely terrible job at going about it. Instead of feeling intimidated, it felt like I was in some pound listening to a bunch of Dogs about to get put down...very silly.

Then the rest of the night was a blur, nobody cared about the game, it was all about some mexican wave. Dogs dominated the game from memory, but nobody cared...

Ahem.

Should be a good night either way. Can't really assess this game until Wednesday though. Everybody should be in Origin mode.

If anything, it was pretty much the last nail on Michaels coffin.
