Wallace won't play against the Panthers. He'll be back after the bye...perhaps along with Lockyer.

"Pete is pretty disappointed, but he's a resilient bloke, so he'll bounce back. Brisbane have got the bye after the Origin game, and he's aiming to start playing again after that."

Yeah he'd be nuts if he came back early. Would be pretty Ballsy of him though.

I dont think Perry will play TBH.

WB loves naming his youngsters on the bench, if at all, when he knows they are going to start and play a fair chunk of the game. The courier has McCullough as training in the halves so its probably just a ploy to give him the best possible chance of succeeding. IE less video work by the opposition, less media attention.

Once it was said that Wallace wouldnt start contact training until the end of the week I knew that he wouldnt be selected by us or NSW.

Its unfortunate but hopefully Perry doesnt play, or if he does hopefully he can put a decent enough effort in for us to win the game.

Im not confident but I am optimistic
