Certainly looks like Hunt is out. That's a pity.

I wouldn't read too much into Glenn and Hewitt training there though, the Test players wouldn't have trained this morning.

We need them to back up as far as I am concerned. We need to get back into the winners circle and we cant afford to play Manly into any sort of form, particularly as they have had the wood on us of late!

Will be interesting to see who backs up

Wasn't the reason Taylor was sent to QLD cup to get some more minutes in his legs? That was what Henjak said anyway, apparently they wanted him to get some more match fitness because he was only playing for 20 minutes in the Broncos games. Could be a smokescreen but I'm pretty sure since he went to QLD cup he has been playing the full 80 minutes.

I don't know how many he played last week but he certainly didn't play the 80 against the Tigers his first week in Q-Cup. Maybe that is the reason that he is still there - still not up to NRL standard that Henjak expects.

Hamstring tightness from what I remember. Hasn't he had problems with the hammys in the past? Probably a case of playing it safe.

lol just reading the NRL.COM preview V woManly

Watch out Sea Eagles: Brisbane centre Steve Michaels could be primed for a huge match, aware the Brisbane right-side combo of Israel Folau and Justin Hodges will have already played one match on the weekend.

Michaels will no doubt see more ball in this match and with possible Queensland Origin selection on his mind he’ll want to perform at his peak. So far in 2009 he has averaged 96 metres gained a match and has managed five line breaks, a line-break assist, a try assist and three tries.

This might not sound impressive but remember: the Broncos invariably attack towards the two Test players on the right, not to Michaels on the left. When his chances come, he takes them – and chances are he’ll have more opportunities in this match.

LOL! Micheals is apparently the man to watch for the sea eagles lmao.

Beale has been confirmed as Hunt's replacement for tonight. Hewitt is on standby for Hodges.

The footy show just had gorrell, marsh and McCullough all playing, surely that can't be right???

To me, that suggests that either Locky or Wallace is being rested (or otherwise unable to backup after the rep fixtures)

I heard Palmer was starting with teo' on the bench and McCullogh in QC...

Norths Played yesterday and McCullogh didnt not play, Coach pointed out that he did expect McCullogh but never got him for the game. so either he plays first grade or he plays under 20's

McCollough is currently playing U20s, scored one try and Brisbane lead 20-10 I think.

Te'o is starting from the bench, Wapau starting. McGuire drops off the bench, he played Qld Cup yesterday.

I heard Hodges is ruled out so Folau moves to centre with Glenn on the wing. Interesting.

Without mentioning scores or anything, is hodges/locky/hunt/wallace playing? and who is starting hooker/6/ centre

Hunt & Hodges are out.

That's all I know

Hodges and Hunt are out.

Starting hooker is PJ.

Izzy Centre, Beal Full Back. Glenn on wing.

Let me just say this. If Wallace can kick then why the hell is Parker doing the kicking? 4 points went astray from him today, and going by the stats Wallace had on Friday night, he should be kicking for us.

I think the next six to eight weeks are going to be extremely difficult for the Broncos.

NRL.com was right, Steve Michaels had a huge game..... FOR MANLY!

If he is in next week its a disgrace!
