OFFICIAL Bullemor hatches plot with other club and is gone

What the ****'s his problem?

Does he want to be a starter? Is there a stigma against benchies?

He could legit be one of the best benchies of all time, love his speed and footwork and the lines he runs. Devastated if he wants to go, but - and here's a new one - I have faith in Kev and Ikin and DD to make the right call on this.

Tell him Fifita gets paid a million to be a benchie

To be fair he did only sign a 12 month extension last year... instead of a 2-3yr deal and the extension may have just been taking up a PO?? Think he was on a development deal with a PO??

Also recall Canberra were angling to take him last year on a loan or to sign him before he signed the extension.

It hardly says commitment from the player to just go for a 12 month extension after angling towards a loan to Canberra last year anyway.

Annnd just for a final also... .all of this is just speculation from Read commenting on Dobbo... it could be negotiating tactics from his player manager to leak that he's getting interest from Manly

Yeah, Nui had signed with Souths from all reports and then he signed a two year deal with us to little fanfare from the dronks making up all this BS.

Probably bumped into somebody from a Sydney club while out getting coffee who may or may not have mentioned to him they have some good money on offer for a promising forward.
Jeez it's lucky that we get that 10% discount on development players so we can retain the young guys that come through the club

Sarcastic John Oliver GIF

Would rather get rid of Carrigan then Bulle. Varrigandoesnt offer much but hit ups. He has no versatility in his play

Looking like surplus to needs at the moment. Shopping an almost Origin player should give us some weight in negotiations for a needed spine player.

Willison, Robati, Hetherington & Bull all have any extra dimension in their game. These kids should be priority to retain.

The Titans and Cows might be interested in Carrigan - was he a calming influence on Dearden (or was it Fifita?) Or some bs rumor to that effect to entice those idiot clubs.

What really sucks is that if we had all of our salary cap available instead of paying players to play elsewhere, we could afford Bully. But Lodge, TPJ, and whoever else we are carrying on the books next year and beyobnd are crippling us. Is Bird off our books next year? What a **** of a buy!

we may still be able to afford him ... but the rival offer may be at a level that would be foolish to match

Bullemor isn't off contract until 2023... which is when most of the contracts are done, including Oates and Isaako... so cap space is likely not the issue.

We are probably saving our cap for a big move at fullback and/or hooker when Manu, BSmith, Harry, Munster, etc. are all off contract.

I'd say that Bull is testing his value on the market and the manager is leaking stories that all and sundry are coming in with big contracts for him as part of negotiating tactics with Ikin and co.

Broncos have been all about 'getting the balance right' for our cap and spending big money at that position would be getting into the same sort of contracts that put us out of whack the last few years
