I doubt very much if Manly will let DCE go, unless there is major upheaval among the player ranks and he really doesn't get on with one or some of the players. Unless DCE decides to sit out a year (which I don't think would happen) he won't be released early. Lyon asked for a release earlier in the year to go to the Titans to be closer to his Grandmother, and the club said no, so doubt they would let DCE go.
