Why should we? We have the RIGHT to reply to anyone who posts something on these forums.

As does AP, so either ignore him or don't complain about when he keeps replying to posts. Just because his opinion is different to yours doesn't mean he doesn't have the right to express it, same as you have the right to express your opinion. Unless of course said opinions are defamatory.

As I already said some people on here are just as bad as AP when it comes to these arguements, so if he is going to get banned / warned so is everyone else who is doing the same thing to him.

Yes I saw it and am most impressed that no-one took that particular bait. So people can obviously restrain themselves when they want to.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. Wayne Bennett - where will he be in 2012?

How many warnings has he had anyway? He had a few when I was admin and I reckon a couple since then. How many warnings before a ban??

i don't care what AP or anyone else says for that matter, if someone sat me down in front of wayne bennett, i would beg plead and grovel for him to come back and lead our great club out of the darkness into which we have descended!!!

Are we really in the darkness?? We missed the finals with a squad that most thought would miss the finals. We have a great crop of kids that look to have big futures I really don't see the big drama.

Yeh, not sure about the darkness, but I would take Wayne back in a heartbeat. I was devastated when he left. I wanted him to stay forever

i dont think wayne bennett would leave the dragons until they either win a premiership, or they lose a lot of their stars and drop back down to the middle of the pack.

OK, this will be my last comment re the warnings/banning thing here in this topic.

Coxy (or someone else) correct me if I have the specifics wrong.

The forum is set up in a way where when you get a warning it sits there for 3 months and if you don't accumulate any more warnings within that 3 months that warning drops away and you are back to a clean slate. If you accumulate 3 warnings within 3 months (even warnings for different things) the forum will automatically ban you for 24 hrs. Admins are still able to issue immediate bans for serious breaches of the Code of Conduct /Rules and Regulations or to extend the amount of time the ban is for (up to and including a permanent ban). So Jeb it doesn't matter how many warnings in total AP or anyone else may have received during the life of the forum, it matters that people modify their behaviour when they do receive a warning.

Also on the subject of warnings, the admins do not always make public to all forum members when they issue a warning; therefore you do not know if/when others have received a warning. So you can all just stop claiming certain other people have never received a warning because you simply do not know for sure if they have or haven't. The admins will deal with posters and posts as they deem fit. If you have a specific issue, please raise it directly with any or all admins via PM or the report function that is attached to every post.

From now, anyone who complains another member should get or hasn't got a warning or a ban in a forum topic, will themselves automatically recieve a warning.

Now everyone just put your personal fueds aside and get back to relevant discussion.

It's my guess that WB would be back home in a heartbeat if it were really up to him. At the end of the day and despite his greatness he still had very little option when he was pushed out at the Broncs. He had to go to Sydney as he had no nearby options and anytime change is literally forced on a person they tend to wish to return to the place they were in originally.

He still wanted to coach and felt he had more to give I feel sure. If a chance to return is on offer then he will return. It would be even likelier if St George could snag the grand final. Nothing left to prove.

I don't think WB is a tactical wonder, and his brand of footy is not the most attractive to watch, but he has a proven recipe that works, and more importantly, he is able to consistently pull the best out of pretty much every player and use it in the team's benefit.

I can't remember ever seeing the team capitulate under Bennett as badly as we've seen repeatedly happening under IH in the last couple of seasons, and team youth doesn't justify everything.

The Roosters affair still doesn't sit well with me, but I wouldn't mind seeing WB back at the club in an advisory/mentoring/managing position for the club's coaching staff.

i agree with me too! its crazy that everyones agreeing with me all of a sudden isnt it!? its like people think that by doing that theyll make me not debate things!

they underestimate how much i like arguing.
