That's the way mate, good on you......**** jumping on the Cowboys, when Brisbane are still in this with a chance. I don't get what gratification someone could get from saying, well even though my side is in the semis I'm going to follow another team because they have a better chance of winning.

So fucken what if they do win......how can you feel anything towards that win when you aren't a fan of that side anyway?

Do the ship jumpers get internet backslaps for being right?
 
while i guess i would prefer the cows to win the premiership over someone like souths and roosters, i really dont care about them, and thats mainly just cos i have more hate for souths or the roosters.

i enjoy watching good rugby league even if my team is not involved but i do not care about any other teams winning other than the broncos.
 
Do you reckon we could chuck Milford in the 1 jumper now his season is over? Lol
 
kennedy needs to get a few more mins imo, and we need to stick with parker lock and mcguire/hannant/kennedy/wallace in prop rotation to try match it with the cowboys big men.

I was calling for his sacking after the 2012 season and have been unpopular on here ever since. Two years down the track and the Broncos are still stuck in the same old situation, as good a forum as BHQ is, the posters who stick their heads out tend to be the most knowledgable. Broncospawn is a good fan and a nice guy but would probably be more suited to the Bronco's fb page forums where encouragement and hope is dished out on s regular basis by posters who only have a limited perception of the game. He is a true fan though who would never jump ship no matter how bad things got.

I had to watch that game in intense pain and was popping painkillers throughout it. I had major surgery 2 weeks before that game. It was a very disappointing way to end what was a roller coaster of a season.

I think you'll find over half of this forum wanted him gone but most of us wee just tired of the constant Hook bashing in every single thread. Same with the Bennett stuff now by a select few.
 
Great reward for the Storm effort for the boys.

So many times this season we've been denied a reward after massive efforts that it must be heartening to get the rub of the green in this case.
 
I'm going to jump on the Hodges to centre in defence, fullback in attack bandwagon. He was horribly exposed on the weekend. Hoffman might not be the most creative fullback, but he is by far the safest in our entire squad under the high ball, for diffusing grubbers, and has a powerful running game on kick returns. If he's fit, name him at #1 and when the ball is in our hands he can move to the centres while Hodges roams. If Hoffman is not available, I'm a bit more concerned.
 
Kennedy is free to play after taking an early guilty plea.

I know Suncorp Stadium is special for a thousand and one reasons but imo if there's a rugby league heaven for Queenslanders, it's up there in NQ at Dairy Farmers Stadium on a saturday night with an all-queensland semi final.

The balmy weather, the friendly salt-of-the-earth people, the fast open football ... it really doesn't get much better. Those of you who're heading up for the game are guaranteed a great time.

Disappointing. I told him at the start of the year that Macca would be one of our best players this year and he told me I was wrong. Was looking forward to my victory teabagging.
