I thought ASADA cannot enforce any type of punishment, only advise the NRL, who are the ones who will dish it out...?

This whole affair is a stinking joke, and having the NSW captain in the middle of all this is a blemish on the game that won't be erased by the way it's being handled, or the effective sweeping of the cheating under the rug through "backdated" sentences, which were never upheld in the first place.

When someone's opinion is condoning drug cheating, I will certainly PMS about it, yeah.
