Even in an Uber? That may be an exception? The have to be in child restraint until the age of 7
Child restraints
Keep your children safe in the car—make sure you're using the correct restraint for your child's age.www.qld.gov.au
These newer cars will basically crumple if you hit them in the right spot no matter what speed your doing. It's what their designed to do to absorb the impact.Holy crap, the new photos showing the different angles to previous photos reveal even more significant damage to the Uber car than could previously be seen. As much shit as Ezra is in, the fella seriously needs to go and buy himself a lotto ticket and thank his lucky stars someone wasn't more seriously injured, or killed.
The Uber driver also has a fair old bruise mark there. I daresay another civil suit against Ezra coming up for injuries sustained by ol mate too.
Could there be a charge of dangerous driving causing bodily harm?
Interesting mate, I didn't know that. Thank you, learn something new every day. These newer cars will basically crumple if you hit them in the right spot no matter what speed your doing. It's what their designed to do to absorb the impact.
Yeh the engines designed to try and go under your feet area from memoryInteresting mate, I didn't know that. Thank you, learn something new every day.
What Ezra's done is wrong but it's starting to get milked out abit
They should probably have got a Qld lawyer to speak on this one.Let's see if he's charged with a terror attack first.
Amateur hour. If she knew my lawyers, they’d have had the both of them looking worse than Christopher Skase before channel 9 turned up…Litigation is certainly coming (my life is ruined.. etc. etc).
I must admit that I was pretty suss on the fractured hip claim given that she's comfortably sitting on that couch. A hairline fracture is still a fracture, I guess. But she's being lead by lawyers.
I can't for one minute believe that the uber driver has significant mental demons over this.

Because most of those drivers are driving newer model cars. And those newer model cars usually as a safety feature that automatically locks the doors once you start driving over 10km/h. Once you stop the driver would hit the central lock button on his armrest to unlock the vehicle and let you out. Probably that.I want to know, why most uber or didi drivers lock the doors when you get into the car & when you are about to leave, unlock the door.
