Did anyone pick up what Cameron Smith said to Thurston post game (on the Channel 9 coverage)? Something like, "I hope you give it to those f*#king 'somethings' next week.

As far as the game goes, Thurston looks really injured. His kicks didn't have much range to them. However, the Storm were very poor tonight and allowed the Cowboys to get good field position and Thurston is tough enough to get his team through in that situation.

I'm a bit like [MENTION=1978]Dexter[/MENTION] - going to have to get my 'hate on' for Cowboys this week.

given the broncos were 2 pt favourites (1.70) at home two wks ago, they wouldn't be favourites again on a neutral ground

market seems about right with both teams at pk'em (ie 1.93 each)

They were more convincing than the Cowboys.

I'd have preferred to play the Storm to be honest.

Last night showed why...they were pretty well outplayed by the Cowboys in every department. Thurston showed what a sensational player he is by totally destroying the Storm with his superb kicking game and uncanny vision.

The 2015 GF will be one to remember for whoever wins...JT to get his maiden premiership as captain, and for us to come from the clouds and prove so many doubters wrong.

I can't wait.

I am going out on a limb here and say the Broncos are going to win and win with a reasonable margin, The state of our fitness, the team defense, the pace which we can maintain and the Wayne factor will all collectively contribute to a solid win. Sometimes it's just your time and in this case, it is the Broncos side. I have rarely if ever seen a coach do a better job of getting his side to peak when it counts most. Let's go boys... make history and let 2015 be remember as a magical year.
