I'm really starting to think, Milford and Benji could win us a premiership. Especially next year with Bird another x-factor coming into the squad
With benji at six and milf at seven?

Benji at 7. Played there for dragons with a below average coach and a shit team. With benji at six and milf at seven?
Calm down, Marshall is ultra talented, has a better kicking game than Nikorima and milford put together. Can plonk field goals like nothing. Is proven to be good game controller.**** me dead, Benji prances around for two games and now he is the messiah we have been waiting for. He is still bog average in defence and still makes more bad decisions than good decisions as evident on the last play where if we run, we score and win against the Roosters. Benji isn't the answer to the halves situation. Kodi might be, but certainly not a 32 year old Benji Marshall

His 2015 stats were pretty good. I wouldn't mind seeing Milf/Benji at least once this season.
Hunts 2015 stats were pretty decent too.
To be fair to Hunt he's good at miracle plays. It's just the standard stuff he struggles with.Plus he has miracle plays just like Nikorima does.
Niko on the Bench so we can replace Hunt when he continues to show no interest.
It was improved from shit house to slightly less shit house.
But still shit house.
I would go through the footage and highlight every time he killed our momentum with his kicks or awful passes, but I've got things to do this month.
This is the reason this thread is a joke. Constant revisionist history and bullshit that, somehow, others buy in to.
I can somewhat accept @Porthoz for his arguments. Even though we know it's all tied up in his beloved players (Hunt doesn't utilise Gillett enough; Hunt should have had the foresight to know that the Dragons would offer him a billion dollars and told Wayne to not let Ash Taylor leave), at least the argument has merit. Poor decision-making or bad execution when it comes to last-tackle options. That's really the crux of it. It's a massive flaw, because that's a critical job of the organising half. But it's a narrow scope, and one that he has overcome before.
But "show no interest"? Just cut that shit out right now because it's the exact opposite of what's going on.
Besides Milford's game-sealing run at the end of Round 1, he was pretty shit. Don't go through the live footage or threads if you want, that's your choice, but how about you look at the POTS results, which is an indication of who our members thought performed.
Milford came 4th in Round 1 and 5th in round 2. That's it. Done. You have to go to Round 6 to even get a podium for him (3rd), but we're talking about Rounds 1-5 here, right?
In that same time frame, Hunt got 3rd in Round 4, and FIRST in rounds 2 & 3. By the end of Round 5, Ben Hunt was considered by us, the members, here, as the second best Bronco, just one point behind Matt Gillett, with Milford no where to be seen.
So seriously, some of you guys trying to rewrite history because you saw something new and shiny is just plain horseshit.
Showing little interest, going missing in games? For the first half of the Warriors game, that was Benji Marshall. Storming home with impressive displays when the game is already lost? Benji Marshall again, second half of the same game. Marshall has his place in our team, Bennett knows what he can bring, and is using him exactly how he should. But there's no fucking way we're a better side with Marshall as our halfback instead of Ben Hunt.
I've never said Hunt showed no interest or goes missing (though he does), or that we'd be a better team with Marshall. I don't vote in the POTS and don't read them, I'm going by comments in the live/post game thread, and my comments against Hunt are pretty much in line with Port's. Hunt was average (Hunt average, that is) until the storm game, when he started to come good with less shit kicks and less rushed, go nowhere plays.
As far as your comments on Benji going missing/'storming home' when the game is over - he's played 2-3 and started in what, two? I expect more from Hunt - but it's the same old story.
That may well be your take on it, but as far as I can tell, from my opinion as well as the opinion of those commenting and voting,

Haha, silly stuff, but nice bait.I can somewhat accept @Porthoz for his arguments. You haven't read all the threads! You've read two. (and you're clearly ignoring all the Hunt posts - confirmation bias).
Gee you're thick.
*and don't know what 'proof' is.
POTS voting is mainly from Facebook... not exactly the greatest endorsement. That may well be your take on it, but as far as I can tell, from my opinion as well as the opinion of those commenting and voting,

I've already conceded it's simply a matter of opinion. Read the threads, plenty of people weren't happy with what Hunt was dishing up. Not everyone votes, and it is simply not a fact that Hunt was playing 'much better' than Milf. It's an opinion.
My you're an angry little christian, aren't you?
