Those first 2 wins weren’t as good as people think they were.
Read and Badel have turned on Kevvie this weekend, citing mixed messages and awkward man management. This is on Kevvie, not them: he's taken the team back to the bottom of the table, made some questionable choices and done nothing to suggest he can deliver on his promise to restore unity. My man facing a revolt?

It looks like it's over for him, to be honest. Here's what the readers think

This is how it starts, and then it snowballs with every loss. The only way back out of this hole is to win, or to sign some big names that might give a glimmer of hope for next year.
Yep. And does anyone care if THESE ***** revolt? Fucking **** off don't let the door hit you on the way out. Even when not revolting they are wooden spoon material. It's the nature of the beast , once you start pushing players out the door you are going to upset people.
It’s a a wait and see regarding who the club signs in the next 12 months. If the roster rebuild goes well and Kev is subsequently sacked for someone more qualified to coach them then I will have a lot of respect toward Kev for coming in and being the martyr. Holding the fort while the axe swings and copping all the player unrest and media scrutiny. if the club goes on to have years of success post Kev and this is his legacy I think he should be remembered fondly.
As I've said elsewhere dumping the club's bridge to the past is likely to do more damage than good at this point. Unless they can land a killer replacement. There are only four candidates that I can think of who would bring in fresh cattle, none of whom are likely:He’s a passionate guy and knows what the club culture is meant to be, if the club signs some quality assistant coaches and gives them more control over team lists and bench usage then Kev could potentially be a good figure head.

I definitely don’t think Walters will be sacked prior to his contract ending. His replacement is probably going to be hired soon and just assist until Kev’s contract expires. As I've said elsewhere dumping the club's bridge to the past is likely to do more damage than good at this point. Unless they can land a killer replacement. There are only four candidates that I can think of, who would bring in fresh cattle, none of whom are likely:
1. Bennett. He's available and needs no introduction. Could the two parties kiss and make up? We don't know. Would he be willing to take his mate Kevvie's job? We don't know. A grandfather role is more likely. Could happen. But odds are still against.
2. Bellamy. Not happening. Full stop.
3. Cameron Smith. Few doubt Smith could become a great coach. But being Head Coach of the Broncos is more than being a smart footballer who can teach plays. It looks like Kevvie is spending more time in the back room than the front. Smith has no experience at either. Nor has he shown any interest in serving an apprenticeship. Not happening.
4. England coach Shaun Wane. An unknown in this country, but the best England has to offer. Nothing to suggest this could or would happen, but fans would probably react in much the same way as when Donuts was preferred over Ikin. A long shot apropos of nothing.
Other than these names you're into nobodies like a Seibold type - which won't cut it - or industry stalwarts like Gould, Fitler or one of the Johns brothers, of which realistically none spring to mind.
Conclusion: Despite denials, I'd be surprised if Bennett isn't already in the conversation in a oversight role. Walters to survive the season.
Yes. You're overlooking that Kevvie promised the opposite of this. He promised to unite the club and clear the air. Maybe he's been given carte blanche to torch it to the ground first because that's what he's doing.Yep. And does anyone care if THESE ***** revolt? Ryles or Green would be more likely than any of those. As I've said elsewhere dumping the club's bridge to the past is likely to do more damage than good at this point. Kevvie staying is more likely than either of them.Ryles or Green would be more likely than any of those.

That's pretty much Badel's opinion piece today. And there's nothing unfair in it. If you lose Badel, you lose the Broncos. Kevvie's had a fairly easy ride to this point. But once you hit bottom of the table you better be ready for the fallout.Almost everything Kevin has said has been contradicted. It would make a great article/list.
