Just about every 2nd post in here someone has said he has got to go.

If he was to leave soon, who would be the ideal replacement? I'm sure you fellas would be more keen on a manager with good Euro credentials, but IMO Martin O'Neill wouldn't be a bad shout... that's not an overly ambitious option though.
