You said my first choice doesn't want the job and I asked you when was that? When was that?12 months is not sufficient time to implement changes and put plans in place with any degree of certainty. If Seibold couldn't get players to buy in with a six year deal in place, what hope does any Coach have with only 12 months?
2 years as a minimum, 3 years as an absolute maximum is fair for all parties and what every Coach outside of Bellamy and Robinson or maybe Ricky Stuart should really be on.
If KW wanted the job and could coach he'd prove it with the cattle he's given. You'd have to think the bars been set pretty low so why not take the chance, I mean if you really wanted the job.
Added bonus would be a small salary risked and the club would demonstrate to KW that they very much held the whip. It's cool to disagree with me but please answer my question.
