I think the Tigers have a decent pipeline and some young talent, their issue is they seem to be able to keep them. As an example, how much better would their team be with the likes of Tedesco, Sironen, Moses, Koroibete, Nathan Brown, Taupau, Woods, Andrew Fifita (in their primes), Aloiai, Addo-Carr, Suli, etc.

says he was at an "off the record" lunch where whatever was said had to remain inside the restaurant.
he was there with Sheens, chairman Lee Hagipantelis and chief executive Justin Pascoe, along with the ST reporters Brent Read, David Riccio and Michael Carayannis.
they started talking about coaching options. Rothfield asked Sheens why he doesn't coach the team for a couple of years. and Sheens says he'd consider it.

I dunno what Sheens can do in 2 years as a coach, that club needs a cleanout top to bottom just like we needed a cleanout.

Yeah but fair dinkum, look at all the staff in key areas behind the scenes we've replaced, I can't see the Tigers doing that or they surely would have done it by now.
They should be replacing these people behind the scenes before they start cycling through the coaches.
