Watching a Broncos game from 1991 on channel 10, far out the commentary is so much better.

The NRL have started another crackdown, this time on "raising the bumpers".

So what happened with Cobbo on the weekend getting binned for a messy fend? Get ready to see a lot more of it. I cannot believe these clowns.

The two main culprits JWH and NAS have been doing it game in game out since like forever and we hear nothing about.

Lol Sivo is challenging his charge. Looks we'll be playing Parra without RCG and Sivo :)

Manly have issued a weird media release against the accusation of allowing Isaac Moses to run their roster ... the facts don't support their stance though. when Seibold arrived the club, there was only 1 Moses client on their roster. Ethan Bullemore ... they now have 5 players, a coach an assistant coach and a head of recruitment who are all Moses clients. by the time Tommy Talau and Luke Brooks arrive at the end of the season, Moses will have the most clients on Manly's books.

Manly Media Release:

“Manly Warringah Sea Eagles has tabled the list of player management agencies the Club is working with in 2023.

“It shows the Sea Eagles have 10 player management agencies representing 39 contracted players, a list that includes all NRL, Development, and Train and Trial players.

“To avoid any misconception, the breakdown is as follows.”

Crown Sports International - Mario Tartak - 7

Wasserman - Daniel O’Loughlin - 7

Pacific Sports Management - Chris Orr, Gavin Orr, Simon Healey - 6

SFX Sports Group - Paul Sutton, Peter Menicou, George Mimis - 5

Cove Agency - Isaac Moses - 5

Sports Player Management - Tyran Smith -3

Titan Sports Management - David Riolo - 3

Ignite Sports - Joe Wehbe - 1

Apex Sports Agency - David Rawlings - 1

Gillis Schifcofske Sports Management - Steve Gillis - 1

I was just reading about the NRL redoing the scheduling for origin and possibly making it after the seasons ends. I couldnt disagree with this any more than I possibly could now, international football is so underrated and no where near enough attention gets put into international rugby league. Other sports international representative is the top of the food chain but I find it ridiculous that Origin is considered more important to NRL players.
I think it will be disaster for the international game if that happens, unless they are prepared to have mid season internationals which are just as disruptive to happen in their place.

I think the scheduling needs work for Origin but i don't agree with it moving, imo they should bring City vs country for both states as well and have it as a stand alone round with no Regular footy for the 3 weeks it's on.

Plus have a NZ vs England game that happens annually at the time.

I think that's the the best compromise, you will get 4 games for the week that way.

I love when the name Tyran Smith comes up. That promo video was gold. "We don't cut no corners".

Secret sauce from the salary info is you need to get an underpaid fullback... Just look at Penrith and Brisbane. Dylan Edwards on 450k must be the most underpaid on that list, even including Nicho, and Edwards also doesn't even get a look in for origin this year... who did he offend?

It's really only the Roosters and Storm who have stars in all 4 spine positions, Melbourne can even lose Paps and still have strong backup. Some kind of financial magic happening at those clubs, which shouldn't surprise anyone.

Tyson Gamble would be almost better going back to work at that salary :)

Have just seen some bullshit questioning cap valuations on a player because Lodge just joined Manly on a train and trial.

Pretending like rorters didnt have him on a **** all contract for the entirety of his stay there... they had him on a train and trial at the start of the year FFS.

And I see they've bumped his value up to $600k post rorters... he was getting that paid by warriors and Broncos... rorters have never been paying him that much

This whole management thing is ridiculous, it's not how many you have it's the manager themselves.

Pacific Sports Management has seven Broncos.
Titans Management has three.
Ignite- two
Gillis Schifcofske Sports Management-one.
SFX- Three

So I have know idea who Clarkey is, but a mate forwarded this to me…
