They also report that at this stage they only want to appoint a coach for 2024 as they believe that will be Bellamy's final year of coaching the Storm

So the NRL have spent the last couple of seasons drumming in the importance of staying away from the head......ruthlessly penalising high shots......generally cracking down hard on anything thats even remotely close to the head

.......all in the name of HIA/ CTE.......life after football....protection of players.

Then we have NRL footballers in the off season throwing their hand in the boxing ring.

The NRL will be loving it because of any of those guys come seeking retribution for CTE the NRL will point at their boxing careers
