Elijah Taylor is just the player i think West Tigers need, someone who can make 40 tackles a game and be a consistent performer day in day out

Excellent signing for them. The Tigers desperately needed somebody of Taylor's ability and the signing will go a long way in their 2016/17 plans.

Hopefully they keep the momentum going. When they're on, the Tigers are easily one of the more attractive clubs in the game.

I'd say they'd have gotten better value out of Taylor on the edge compared to Yeo. Guy's a dud. Griffin loves a trier though.

For salary cap reasons though, it makes sense that Taylor was moved on.

Tim Moltzen has announced his retirement. Poor guy, so much potential but his knee just wouldn't heel. He misses his hundredth game by just ten, sad but well done on a short career.

My main recollection is him signing for another club (dragons?), reneging, and then playing like shit. Opposition fans tore strips off him all year.

Guess a few moves make sense now, Panthers moved on Taylor because they were getting Grevsmuhl, Souths picked up Greinke because they knew they were offloading Grevsmuhl.

Wouldn't shock me to see Tamou sign with Souths shortly, they've gotta have a bit of wiggle room under the cap with the amount of players they've lost.

Every club now has their fingers on the trigger of a massive cap raise. Its now just a matter of who is going to pull the trigger early. Most players are signed until end of 2017. No player is out of reach heading forward.
Penrith want 3 players Norman, Tamou and Bird.
You gotta know when to hold em and know when to fold em..
