His non-passing is crazy stuff. He just doesn't pass. Don't know how you can be an elite centre and not want to pass.

He's worth $1.2 million if he gets back to his best, for sure. But I don't know if he'll ever be as good, not because he can't, but because his heart isn't in it, certainly not with the Titans. I think even he has resigned himself to being a mercenary, at least for the meantime. The fact that it took until the last minute to activate the clause says to me he spent until the last minute looking for a better option. I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves the game after next year. You can see the difference it makes when he is putting in 100%, he was great for NSW. Who else will he play like that for? Even if the Eels wanted him back, it'd just seem like going through the motions, having a meaningless fling with an ex that you loved with all your heart but knew it would never work.

Yeah got to give it to the bloke. He showed up. He made some dreadful defensive reads again and allowed Gillet to go straight through. But the other side of the ball he made O'Neill look silly at times
