Dodged a huge bullet with Proctor, but I still think you are paying big overs for Tedesco.

But we are paying big overs for Kennedy,

Mate, we aren't paying overs for him, he's becoming an invaluable player for Ipswich

I'd be interested to get @Mt Smart take on the Warrior's situation.

I know that the Warriors are notoriously slow starters and this is the stage of the season where they tend to build some momentum but if I was a fan, I'd be interested to see more players blooded.

In particular they have this forward playing for the Auckland Vulcans named David Bhana. I believe he captained their 2013 NYC side to a Grand Final and is the type of player who was famous for racking up the tackles and always fighting in a lot of tackles. If I was a Warriors fan, I'd like to see him groomed for a first grade position and maybe even selected in a few games to get a taste and stake his claim. Ideally, he's the type of player the Warriors would want locking the scrum. The only knock is that he's still adjusting to the demands of being a first grade player and that's always a turbulent stage of a player's career but I'd much rather see him in the starting line up than a Dominique Peyroux.

I also feel for Palavi and Ikahihifo. I could be mistaken, but I recall they were more fringe runners back in their NYC days and they've been forced into middle forward roles where they have yet to really stand out. While Sebastine deserves more time, I think his ideal position is on the fringes and is the type of player you want coming off the bench.

Sorry for the late reply @Big Pete .

Yes Bhana is everything you describe, an outstanding defender. Smart young man too , recently completed a degree. I don't know why....but David has been playing club footy and has fallen out of favor of Late. He certainly should be getting groomed ahead of Peroux who is rumored to be off to another club next season ( no confirmation ).

Ikahihifo seems to have settled down and is adapting to the 13 role....he is offering a point of difference when he comes on for Mannering who is obviously a defensive Lock.

Palavi has fallen well off the Rada too after struggling with the speed of the NRL. Part of the attraction of Ikahihifo is he is one of the fittest players at the club....which places him at a much higher level of fitness than all our NSW cup players.

It is likely that Bhana will come back into the mix. For one he is a driven person ( My nephew knows him , he was like that at high school, head boy etc ) and as an ex Juniors Captain....all of whom have made the NRL team at one time or other without exception.

Penrith have signed Koroisau for 2 season.

Melb rumoured to be chasing a half for the rest of the season to fill the gap left by Cronk maybe Arana Taumata could be a target?

Were questions ever raised Regarding Papali's reneg with parra?

He was a certainty at one point. Stating he "wanted to play under Ricky". Then if I remember correctly, Ricky had a golf date with Furner. A month or so later, Papa has a complete change of heart.

Soon later we learn that Ricky would be coaching the Raiders this year.

It seems obvious but if true Ricky fucked over Parra more than I first expected.

Just read that Mansour is staying at the Panthers, great news for them. Gould has done good things at that club.

Lol at the Raiders coming out that they are giving up on junior development and will just sign from other clubs. 1 out of 4 after throwing massive overs at off contract players, and that doesnt include the failures of trying to keep Milford and get Glenn Stewart.

Unlucky for the Raiders. Good pick up of Tedesco, but struck out on Proctor (luckily, given the rumoured price tag) and Mansour.

Talk is Ennis is going to Cronulla, as they won't offer him the three year deal he's looking for. That's poor on their behalf if they let him slip. Can always phase him out and a new blood in during his final year.

They have a shit load of cap space left to spend if the rumours were true. 700k on Proctor, 500k on Mansour, 600k on Ennis. Looks like McCrone, White and Tilse are up for some massive upgrades.

Talk is Ennis is only taking a 2 year deal with the Sharks anyway, he just doesnt want to leave Sydney due to family and his increasing media gigs.

It will be suicide watch in the nations capital if Tedesco renegs just like all those lovely Raiders supporters were hoping Milford would do.

9 news sydney just reported tedesco has told his manager he has changed his mind and wants to remain at the tigers

**** the Raiders are going to be suicidal

Good to see him brush Weidler during the press conference too.

Man, I want to beat the Raiders by 50 on Mon just to completely rub it in. I generally like them, but it'll be sadistically funny.
