I don't see anybody blaming him for taking the deal.
The issue is the salary cap once again not doing what it is supposed to do.

Meh, calling out Garner as one of "the best" players in a lowly team when he isn't even been selected in his position of choice with no evidence that the Tigers even were offering him materially more money doesn't wash for me as a reason to complain about the cap but sure...have at it i guess.

Titans apparently chasing Foran to get some experience in the spine.
It could work if he stays injury free and his mental health doesn't deteriorate. It's slim pickings for quality halves though so he's probably the best option they have got.
