[Official] - Milford signs with Broncos

I wholeheartedly second that. Anyone is welcome here if they conduct themselves respectfully, I enjoy the discussion it brings.

On topic, I'm intrigued that Ayoub's story doesn't match what was said in the Milford interview. Something doesn't add up there.
Yeah a lot of wires crossed, Ricky was interviewed on the radio this morning saying they spoke to Ayoub (who he's close mates with) and Milford's parents last week who said he'd be in Canberra for preseason, according to Ricky (true or not) Ayoub was shocked and disgruntled with the reports coming out in the Brisbane press.

Ricky... Now there's a credible source!

If you can let me know what rules he is breaking, I'm happy to discuss them with Bushman. Or are you just saying that as a staff member of the site, I should ban him for being an opposition fan, who's not breaking any rules?

Should I ban Twizted and Mt. Smart too?

Maybe not Mt Smart but Twizted can **** right off....

I think everyone is missing the point here.
Milfords interview clearly stated that the problem is not so much his father as his isolation and desperate loneliness from his family or did i read it wrong.
The NRL has had a couple of suicides of late and in the best interests of this kid the Raiders need to let him go. Last thing they need is at best depression because he needs family or at worst blood on their hands

This is why I'd rather he sat out the season and come home if he can't play for us in 2014.

Being in Canberra. All alone, after how all this has gone down.
Will not be good for him.

Totally agree and I am actually concerned about this. I couldn't really care less if we have to wait until 2015 for him, I'm very concerned if he has to go back to Canberra. The media personalities are weighing and painting him out to be some kind of arsehole, the way the Canberra fans in general seem to be is quite concerning when you consider how small Canberra is. No one seems to be remembering that this is a 19 year old man in all of this, what will be flung his way if he has to go back to Canberra alone I think I would struggle to cope with as a 30 year old man, and I sure as hell couldn't have handled it when I was 19... Sadly I don't think this will be thought about by the average raiders fan

Absolutely. Sit the year out and look after yourself Tony, it's not worth what could happen

He would be extremely desperate to sit out the season he had a sensational debut year and a promising career ahead of him I doubt he would want to put that on hold.

Loneliness and isolation can be near impossible to deal with. When he is sitting in Canberra depressed and missing home so much I'm sure he couldn't give a **** about his career

Not to mention the weather would suck compared to Brisbane
Come home Milf

Some people prefer the cold

(I don't get it either)
I wonder if Josh Papalii likes the cold. He's good mates with Milford isn't he?
When does his contract come up again?
