Relax on gilbert, he is a good selection he isn't a 80 min edge backrower but he plays with high intensity from all I've seen he is the typical player that will go another level in origin what you want.

In the game against Melbourne he really shone and stood out he has the makings of a big game player.

He is calling me Avatar, although the swelling has gone down a bit. There’s a break straight through the middle. I did it when I came back on, early in the second half against the Cowboys last Saturday night."​

He has been shown up for pace a few times this season .
Hit open spaces and been run down pretty swiftly . Within 30 -40 Metres of the try line obviously still a weapon . And his carries out of his corner have been gold . Turn and chase and grubbers are his kryptonite .
