The Cody Walker thing is a pipe dream, even if the 'wants more money or a release' thing is true IMO he really just needs to suck it up and get on with it, he signed a contract with Souths only 12 months ago and stayed for family reasons (and knocked Wayne back). He made his choice and just needs to keep showing them that he is worth more money.

The only decent bomb that has been put up over the last few weeks is from Macca. It is really bad that we have to rely on him for our kicking, he should compliment the halves not have to take over practically

Why is it really bad to rely on Macca for kicking? If he's a good kicker, he should take part. All hookers with good kicking games take part.

Taking part definitely the best hookers like smith and Farah do but they aren't more dominant than the halves plus they don't kick bombs, grubbers or long range kicks sure but not bombs

I actually think with the side we have next year, if we play to our strengths, we could revolutionise the game. A multi-pronged attack that would have opposition defenses having nightmares.
Is the attack coming from Milford? KNik? Macca? Boyd? Roberts? Bird? Thaiday? Gillett? We have so much playmaking ability, if Bennett gets it right, it could be practically unstoppable with the only weakness really being the long kicking game. Even then, Gillett has a really good long kick as well, so he, Macca and the halves could all certainly mix it up. It would be enterprising.

What I would like it to have a more traditional halfback (like Taylor) to guide us around and get us in good field position and let the forwards to be a lot more creative and help put guys into gaps and use the ball playing skills most of our forwards have.
TPJ and Gillett especially have great ball skills and we have other guys like Ese'ese, Blair, Sims and Thaiday who have great offloads. Should be use more IMO.
