If I were TPJ and saw that, I wouldn't be feeling any desire to hang around with Ikin as CEO, especially if I could get more money elsewhere. Hiring Ikin as CEO would cancel any notion of loyalty he'd be feeling.
I suppose that would be the millennial way of looking at things. The other way would be looking in the mirror accepting the criticism and fixing the shortcomings of his game.
For far too long we have had soft, take the easy way out players... we need men who can take criticism, eat it, and shit out success.
